摘要
提出一种PHLC型a-C∶H发光特性模型。认为此类膜材料特有的发光行为是由于膜中sp2簇能隙Eg的分布所致,激发光子能量E处的信号由相应的吸收系数α和簇数量所确定。
In this paper a model for the photoluminescence features of a PHLC a C∶H films is present.The present model showes that the features of the films reflect the distribution of sp 2 cluster gaps ( E g ) of the films.The intensity of the signal at a given emitted photon energy E is determined by the absorption cofficient α and the number of clusters.
