摘要
机械密封温度场研究是热应力分析的基础,是影响机械密封工作寿命与密封性能的主要因素。通过建立密封环有限元模型,提出机械密封动、静环轴对称问题的有限元分析与稳态温度场计算方法,得出了密封环温度分布规律。并对接触面的热流密度、模型与介质的对流换热系数以及热流分配系数等物理量进行了分析。结果显示,温度变化主要集中在靠近内径的接触面附近的局部区域,该区域变形较大,且不利于密封环的散热。
The research of temperature for mechanical seal was the basis for thermal stress analysis.It was the main factors of affecting the working life and sealing performance of mechanical seals.By establishing the model of seal ring finite element,a calculation,which about finite element analysis of mechanical seals dynamic,static ring axisymmetric problem and steady-state temperature,is proposed.The temperature distribution of seal ring was obtained.The heat flux of contact surface,convection heat transfer coefficient of model the media,heat partition coefficient analysis such as physical quantities are analyzed.The results showed that temperature changes of the contact surface are mainly concentrated in the area of the contact surface near in the vicinity of the inner diameter,where is a larger deformation,and it alsogoes against conducive to the heat seal ring.
