摘要
学生评教作为教师教学质量评价的重要组成部分,主要具有监控、诊断和改进等作用。为了保证学生评教的有效性、可靠性和稳定性,必须不断完善与优化评价指标和评价方式。文章针对目前高职院校特点,在肯定学生评教作用的同时,分析了学生评教存在的风险,提出了降低和化解风险的对策。
As an important part of teachers＇teaching quality assessment,students＇evaluation of teachers mainly has roles in monitoring,diagnosis and improvement.In order to guarantee the effectiveness,reliability and stability of students＇evaluation of teaching,we must constantly improve and optimize the evaluation index and way.Aiming at the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,while affirming the role of students＇evaluation of teaching,this article also analyses the existence risks,and proposes measures to reduce and defuse risks.
