摘要
目的对正畸记存模型传统的修整器修整法进行改进,探讨更适合于临床应用的修整方法。方法选择正畸记存模型154副,用传统法修整89副,改进法修整65副,统计比较两种修整方法出现震荡破损的模型数。结果传统修整器修整法制作89副模型中,有8副在修整上下颌后壁、侧壁、短夹壁的过程中出现牙列破损;改进修整器修整法制作的65副模型无牙齿缺损的表现,两者比较差异有显著性(2χ=4.47,P<0.05)。结论改进的修整器修整法适用于不同错类型模型的修整,并且在预防修整过程中的模型牙列震荡破损方面优于传统法。
Objective To upgrade the traditional fitting of model trimmer of orthodontic record cast and explore a more suitable method for clinical application. Methods This study consisted of 154 orthodontic record models,the chipping was done in 89 models by traditional technique,and 65 models by modified one.Shock and breakage of the number of models were compared between the two methods. Results During shaping posterior,lateral and short-clip walls,eight models fitted by traditional method were damaged,and that by modified methods,no damage was noted,the difference was significant between the two methods(χ2=4.47,P0.05). Conclusion The modified method is applicable to different types of malocclusion model trimming,it is superior to traditional technique in terms of preventing model dentition from damage in the process of fitting.
