摘要
目的比较临床常用的6种纤维桩挠曲强度及弹性模量的差异,为临床桩核冠修复提供理论指导。方法选取Rebilda Post(A组),RelyX Fiber Post(B组),ParaPost Taper Lux(C组),D.T.LIGHT POST(D组),MACRO LOCK POST(E组)及MATCH-POST(F组)各10支,采用三点加荷系统测定其挠曲强度及弹性模量,并进行统计分析。结果挠曲强度除C组与D组间无统计学差异外,其他各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(F=54.84,q=3.11~21.02,P<0.05);弹性模量除A组与D组、B组与E组、B组与F组、E组与F组间无统计学差异外,其他各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(F=33.75,q=5.40~15.64,P<0.05)。结论 6种纤维桩挠曲强度及弹性模量之间存在差异,MACRO LOCK POST挠曲强度最大,Rebilda Post弹性模量与牙本质弹性模量最接近。
Objective To compare the differences in flexural strength and elastic module of six types of fiber posts,in order to provide the theoretical indication for clinical use of the posts. Methods Ten samples of Rebilda Post(group A),RelyX Fiber post(group B),ParaPost Taper Lux(group C),D.T.LIGHT POST(group D),MACRO LOCK POST(group E) and MATCH-POST(group F) were selected in this study.Flexural strength and elastic module of all samples were measured via three point loading system. Results Significant differences in flexural strength were noticed among the groups(F=54.84;q=3.11-21.02;P0.05) with only exception between group C and group D(P0.05).There was no significant differences in elastic module between groups A and D,groups B and E,groups B and F,and groups E and F(P0.05),while significant differencesamong other groups were found(F=33.75,q=5.40-15.64,P0.05). Conclusion Significant differences in flexural strength and elastic module among different groups exist.MACRO LOCK POST has the biggest flexural strength while Rebilda post has the similar elastic module with dentin.
