摘要
【目的】了解济南市某山区小学生的心理健康水平,及其与家庭环境特征间的相关关系,为有效开展山区小学生的心理健康教育工作提供依据。【方法】采用小学生心理健康评定量表、家庭环境特征量表和一般情况调查表对该山区703名在校小学生进行问卷调查。【结果】该山区小学生心理健康偏离总检出率为14.2%,主要存在学习障碍(18.5%)、性格缺陷(17.2%)、行为障碍(15.8%)等心理问题。男生的MHRSP总分及学习障碍、社会适应障碍、品德缺陷、不良习惯得分均显著高于女生(P<0.05)。三年级小学生的MHRSP总分及学习障碍、社会适应障碍、不良习惯得分均为最高(P<0.05)。相关分析结果表明,家庭环境特征部分因子与山区小学生的学习障碍、情绪障碍、性格缺陷、行为障碍等因子得分呈显著相关(r=-0.365~0.111,P<0.05)。【结论】济南市该山区小学生的心理健康水平较差,且与家庭环境特征部分因子呈显著相关,建议积极改善家庭环境特征,有助于提高山区小学生心理健康水平。
【Objective】 To understand the level of mental health among pupils in mountain area and explore the relationship with family environment and provide basis for psychological education. 【Method】 703 students from two primary schools in mountain area were selected to complete MHRSP,FES-CV and self-questionnaire. 【Results】 The overall departure rate of psychological problems is 14.2%,mainly for the learning disabilities(18.5%),character flaws(17.2%) and behavior disorder(15.8%) and so on.In learning disabilities,social adjustment disorder,morality defects,bad habits of MHRSP,boys scored higher than girls(P〈0.05).The scores of learning disabilities,social adjustment disorder,bad habits of MHRSP in third-grade students were the highest(P〈0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there were statistically significant correlations between factors of family environment and factors of MHRSP(r=-0.365~0.111,P〈0.05). 【Conclusions】 The overall level of mental health among pupils in Mountain Area was poor,and there were significant correlations between mental health and family environment,Family environment should be actively improve to increase the mental health level among pupils in mountain area.
