摘要 本文简述了快速失重法及其实验装置和物料的极限烘干温度,得出了极限烘干温度下粉粒物料水分蒸发的数学模型,通过快速失重法和标准法测量物料水分的比较,证明了快速失重法是一种可靠、正确的测量物料水分的方法,测量精度为±0.1%含水量(绝对误差)。基于研究,研制出在线快速失重式粉粒物料水分仪,给出了仪器的组成、技术指标和特点,该仪器经在线使用,取得良好效果。 The high speed weight loss method is described, in which the experiment device for the measurement of the moisture content of granular materials is established. The concept and determinizing method of critical weight loss temperature are given. The critical weight loss temperature of several materials is gotten by experiment. Based on drying theory, drying process is divided into two periods, constant rate drying period and falling rate drying period, which are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the transfer heat and the transfer mass of each period, the mathematical model of the moisture vaporization of granular materials in critical weight loss temperature is set up. The high speed weight loss method and standard method of measuring moisture content are compared to get that the high speed weight loss method can measure the moisture content of granular materials quickly and reliably.Its measuring accuracy is ±0.1%(absolute error). Based on the research of measuring the moisture content of granular materials in high speed weight loss method, the moisture analyzer of high speed weight loss type used on line is designed and made. The analyzer has successfully measured the moisture of sintering mixture in several sintering plants.
