摘要
依据漳河水库1966-2005年实际运行资料,以供水量和水文气象条件相似为原则,划分为3个阶段,对每个阶段的灌溉水资源利用变化情况及变化成因进行了分析,并从农业生产变化趋势等方面探讨了农业节水对缓解漳河水库水资源供需矛盾的影响.相同的水资源数量,既发挥出更大的经济效益,也缓解了水资源供需矛盾.
The paper introduces the actual operating data of Zhanghe Reservoir from1966 to 2005,respectively in 3 stages,with the similar water supply records and hydrological and meteorological conditions for the principle.The utilization of irrigation water resources in every stage is analyzed,as well as the reasons for the changes.It also discusses the impact of water-saving agriculture on alleviating the contradiction between water supply and demand in view of agricultural production tendency in order to bring into more economic benefit with the same water quantity,therefore,to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.
