摘要
随着我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转变及民办高校的不断壮大,高校间的竞争日趋激烈,有关大学核心竞争力的研究成为人们关注的焦点。文章首先对大学核心竞争力概念研究进行了梳理;其次,从大学核心竞争力的内涵、特征、构成要素等方面对学者的观点进行了评述;最后综述了大学核心竞争力的培育途径。
With the transformation of China＇s higher education from the elite education to popularized education and the constantly growth of private universities,competition among universities is becoming more and more intense.Thus,the research on the university core competitive competence has aroused people＇s attention.This paper,studies the concept of the core competitive competence of a university proposed by different scholars at first.Then it makes some comments on their viewpoints relating to the connotation,characteristics and elements of the university core competitive competence.Finally,it focuses on the survey of the ways to develop the university core competitive competence.
