摘要
从压力概念和相关理论入手,针对国内电力企业现实状况,对企业员工压力产生的原因进行了分析,并着重对电力企业如何运用压力管理理念、方法和策略进行了深入探讨,提出要以"以人为本、人性化管理"为基本原则,重点对员工的工作压力问题进行调节、疏导,以求达到企业与员工和谐发展、共同进步的目的。
Started from the concept related theory of pressure,considering the reality in domestic power enterprise,the reasons to produce pressure are analyzed.How to use pressure management concept,method and policy in power enterprise is discussed.The basic principle of person-centered humanized management is put forward,it is suggested to regulate,divert utilize the pressure of employees for realizing the purpose of harmonic development and common progress.
