血管内亚低温治疗在复苏后综合征中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 低温治疗应用于临床已有200多年历史,目前公认亚低温(28~35℃)对心脑等重要脏器具有保护作用;但由于亚低温技术的限制,导致整个治疗过程中体温难以精确控制且波动较大、并发症及副作用多,临床应用几乎成为泡影。随着科技发展,血管内亚低温技术的应用使精确亚低温控制成为可能。因此,血管内亚低温治疗对改善复苏后综合征所致脏器功能障碍及提高出院存活率可能有重要意义。 Clinical application of therapeutic deuto - hypothermia has over 200 years of history in clinical treatment. Most of clinical experts recognized that the treatment of therapeutic deuto - hypothermia under 28 - 35 ℃ could protect heart, brain, and other important organs of our body when accident happened. But limited by technique of deuto - hypothermia, causing inaccurate and uncontrollable body temperature, complications and side effect, physicians utilized very carefully this kind of therapeutic deuto - hypothermia. Recently, following the development of technique of endovascular therapeutic deuto - hypothermia, it is possible to acquiring the benefit of deuto - hypothermia meanwhile to avoiding the harmful syndromes.
