叶栅式反推力装置阻流门运动规律对气动性能的影响 被引量:13

Effect of kinetic mechanism of blocker doors on aerodynamic performance for a cascade thrust reverser

摘要 在分析叶栅式反推力装置结构及工作原理的基础上,通过计算初步研究了反推力装置运动规律对风扇出口及阻流门上气动载荷的影响.计算结果表明,反推力装置打开时,运动规律直接影响风扇在反推力装置打开/关闭过程中工作点位置,运动规律3,4分别适合风扇外涵喘振裕度较大、较小发动机的反推力装置选用;各运动规律中,阻流门气动载荷在阻流门开始转动瞬间加载. Based on the structure and working principle of the cascade thrust reverser,a preliminary research was conducted to analyze the impact of reverser's kinetic schedule on the exit static pressure of the fan and aerodynamic load of the blocker doors.The results show that,the kinetic schedule directly influences the position of fan's working point during deploying/retracting reverser process.Schedule 3 and 4 are suitable separately for reversers installed in engines with relatively small and big surge margin fan.For all kinetic schedules,aerodynamic load on blocker doors increases sharply once it starts operation.
