摘要
本研究采用比较分析的方法说明了医院托管前后人才队伍的变化,以及这一变化对医院建设发展的实践价值。通过4年的实践,医院的整个人才队伍结构明显优化、人才梯队合理、具备了较强的竞争能力,为医院建设发展打下了良好的基础。
The study was applied with comparative analysis method and results showed that the hospital personnel before and after the change of commission management,as well as the practice value of hospital construction and development.Through four years of practice,hospital personnel structure is been optimized obviously and personnel team is more reasonable.Hospital has a strong competitive which will provide a good foundation for hospital development.
