摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定左羟丙哌嗪中的溶剂残留量。方法用Agilent INNOWAX毛细管气相色谱柱,FID检测器,以甲醇为内标进行测定。结果正己烷、丙酮、乙醇、吡啶的线性范围分别为0~232μg/ml(r=0.9996),0~400μg/ml(r=0.9997),0~400μg/ml(r=0.9995),0~16μg/ml(r=0.9993);正己烷、丙酮、乙醇、吡啶的平均回收率分别为99.90%,100.2%,99.70%,99.31%;RSD分别为1.06%,1.39%,1.28%,1.73%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于左羟丙哌嗪中的有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective To develop a gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in levodropropizine.Methods The samples were injected into the INNOWAX capillary column and analyzed with an FID detector using methanol as the internal standard.Results The linear range of n-hexane,acetone,ethanol,pyridine was 0-232 μg/ml(r=0.9996),0-400 μg/ml(r=0.9997),0-400 μg/ml(r=0.9995),0-16 μg/ml(r=0.9993),respectively.The recovery was 99.90%,100.2%,99.70% and 99.31% with RSD being 1.06%,1.39%,1.28% and 1.73%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in levodropropizine.
