摘要
提出了一种激光全息检测复合材料粘接缺陷特征的提取方法,该方法基于对全息检测条纹实行插值求导,提取表征缺陷大小特征的条纹畸变点的始、末位置信息。主要工作包括:对采集、骨化后的全息检测图像进行条纹跟踪,获得条纹坐标参数;运用插值导数方法,提取缺陷条纹畸变点的始、末位置信息,该位置信息具有表征缺陷大小的特征。运用该特征提取方法,对参数已知的模型条纹和复合材料试样粘接缺陷激光全息检测条纹的特征进行提取,利用所提取的特征评估缺陷大小,所得结果与设计已知值比较,其相对误差在±5%范围内,从而验证该方法的有效性。
A method of extracting defect characteristics was described that the bonding defects of Composite Materials was tested by the laser holographic technique.The aberration coordinate data of the laser holographic interference fringes were gotten by interpolation derivation.The main task comprise image acquisition,ossification,fringe tracking interpolation derivation and defects'feature extraction.This scheme was applied to estimate defect size such as theoretical curve and the samples holographic interference fringes,and the results shows the relative errors range ±5%.
