摘要
利用高温固相法合成了Ca2SnO4:Eu3+红色发射长余辉发光材料,对样品进行了X射线衍射分析、荧光光谱分析、形貌分析以及发光寿命测量。分析结果表明,在1350℃下烧结3h的Ca2SnO4:Eu3+为单相产物,所得Ca2SnO4:Eu3+发光材料具有良好的发光性能,在267nm紫外线激发下发出最强发射位于617nm的锐线发射,并且具有明显的长余辉发光性能。
The Ca2SnO4:Eu3+,which emits red color luminescence upon UV light excitation,is prepared by the conventional high-temperature solid-state method and its luminescent properties are systematically investigated in this paper.XRD,photoluminescence,SEM and excited state decay curve are used to characterize the synthesized phosphor.This phosphor is well-crystallized by calcination at 1 350 ℃ for 3 h and possesses excellent performance.After irradiation by 267 nm UV light,the long-lasting phosphorescence from 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+ can be observed for about 1 h in the limit of light perception of dark-adapted human eyes(0.32 mcd·m-2).
