摘要
为了探讨纳米级润滑膜的时间特性,采用相对NGY-2型纳米级润滑膜厚度测量仪对不同润滑剂在不同工况的成膜能力进行了测量,讨论了各种工况条件下薄膜润滑的时间效应问题。实验表明,润滑膜厚度在一定条件下随连续运行时间的增加而增加。由于这一现象不同于一般的润滑规律和流变特性,从界面物理和表面物理化学方面分析了润滑膜时间效应的产生机理。
This paper discusses the time effect in thin film lubrication. Some abnormal behaviour has been found in experiments when the time effect is considered. Experimental results show that the film thickness formed at a point contact is related to the running time and history. The influence of load, velocity, and initial viscosity of lubricant on the film thickness is quite different from that of those found in hydrodynamic or elastohydrodynamic lubrication situations. The time effect of the film thickness and the mechanism of the formation of the time dependent film are discussed, based on interface physics and surface physical chemistry.
