摘要
目的:建立氯化铵合剂中甘草酸含量测定的方法。方法:超声提取甘草酸,采用RP—HPLC法,色谱条件为ODS柱(4.6mmN250mm),流动相:乙腈~0.1%乙酸水溶液(40:60),波长254m,流速1.0ml/min。结果:此方法线性关系良好,甘草酸空白和加样平均回收率分别为99.22%(RSD1.45%),97.80%(RSD1.47%),结论:该法简便、快速、可用于氯化铵合剂的质量控制。
Objective: In establishment ammonium chloride mixture licorice acid content determination method. Methods: The supersonic extraction glycyrrhizie acid, uses the RP-- HPLC law, the chromatograph condition is the ODS column (4. 6mm *250 mm), flowing: Second grade nitrile -- 0. 1% ethanoic acid water--soluble fluid (40:60), wave length 254 am, speed of flow 1.0 ml/ min. Results:This method linearity relations is good, the glycyrrhizic acid blank and adds the type average returns--ratio respectively is 99. 22 % (RSD l. 45%) ,97. 80 % (RSD 1.47 % ) ,Conclusion:This law simile,fast,available in ammonium chloride mixture quality control.
