摘要
目的：探讨住院精神病人进食障碍的原因及护理.方法：对145例次住院精神病人进食障碍的情况进行统计分析.结果：精神分裂症是发生进食障碍的主要病种,次之为双相情感障碍,妄想、幻觉等精神症状是导致进食障碍的主要原因,拒食是进食障碍的主要类型.结论：对不同原因导致精神病人进食障碍应采取不同的护理措施以保证病人营养的供给,为治疗奠定基础.
Objective：The discussion in hospital mental patient eats food the barrier reason and nursing.
