摘要
通过对施工管理承包模式的总结,结合中国的国情系统阐述了施工管理总承包模式的基本概念、合同结构和组织结构,总结了施工管理总承包模式的优势,并提出推行项目责任管理模式。
By summing up the construction management contract models and combining with Chinese national conditions. This paper described the basic concept,contract and organizational structure of construction management general contract.It also summarized advantages of the mode of construction management general contracting, and proposed the model of project responsibilities management.
