摘要
目的探讨不同手术方式对食管癌患者的临床影响。方法 54例食管癌患者被分为实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=23),实验组给予根治性切除手术,对照组给予姑息性切除手术。结果和对照组相比,实验组半年生存率无显著性差异(P>0.05),1、2和3年生存率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者应早期诊断和治疗,并根据其具体情况选择合适的手术方式,以达到更好的临床效果。
Objective To explore the clinical in？ uence of different methods of surgery method for esophageal cancer.Methods 54 cases of patients with esophageal cancer were divided into experimental group （n = 31） and control group （n =21）.Experimental group was given surgery of radical resection,and control group was given surgery of palliative resection.Results Compared with control group,the survival rate in experimental group in half year has no significant difference（P〉0.05）,but in one,two and three years showed significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the beast treatment effect,esophageal cancer should be diagnosed early and treated,and choose right method of surgery according the concrete conditions.
