摘要
低品位铀矿经硫酸浸出,并采用D2EHPA萃取纯化后,提取效果良好;结果表明:①在优化条件下,铀的浸出率为83.75%;②以D2EHPA为萃取剂,萃取效果好,萃取率为99.99%;③以氨水沉淀重铀酸铵,沉淀率可达99.91%.工艺过程简化,总回收率高(可达83.23%),生产过程易于控制;与常规条件下的萃取过程相比,优势明显.
Leaching by sulfuric acid,the low-grade uranium ore extraction and purification using D2EHPA;The results show that①In the optimized conditions,the rate of leaching reachs 83.75%.②the extraction effect is good using D2EHPA and the rate of extraction reachs 99.99%.③In the deposition of weight uranium by ammonia acid the precipitation rate can reachs 99.91%.This process is simplify,and the total recovery rate is high (up to 83.23%).with hespect to the extraction process under the conventional conditions.it is easier to controling the producting process;and the advantages is obvious.
