摘要
目的观察丙泊酚+罗库溴铵诱导时麻黄碱对血流动力学的影响和对罗库溴铵的肌松起效时间的影响。方法选择ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者80例并随机分为两组:P组全麻诱导采用丙白酚2 mg/kg,罗库溴铵0.9 mg/kg;E组全麻诱导采用丙泊酚2 mg/kg,麻黄碱100μg/kg,罗库溴铵0.9 mg/kg。采用TOF监测肌松起效时间,记录并比较两组肌颤抑制的起效时间以及诱导期间的血压心率变化。结果 E组的麻醉诱导期间患者血流动力学较P组稳定,罗库溴铵的起效时间P组为(107.39±21.05)s,E组为(89.63±18.47)s,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明E组罗库溴铵的起效时间更短。结论在麻醉诱导期间采用丙泊酚联合麻黄碱、罗库溴铵,既可以减少诱导时的血流动力学波动,还可以缩短罗库溴铵的起效时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of ephedrine on hemodynamic response and onset time of muscular relaxation by rocuronium during induction of general anesthesia with propofol and rocuronium. Methods Eighty ASA I - II patients were randomly divided into two groups: patients in group P underwent induced anesthesia with propofol (2 mg/kg) and rocuronium (0.9 rag/ kg); patients in group E were induced anesthesia with propofol(2 mg/kg), rocuronium (0.9 mg/kg) and ephedrine( 100μg/kg). Neuromuscular block was monitored with TOF, and the onset time of neuromuscular block and hemodynamic response were compared between the two groups. Results The hemodynamic response in group E was more stable than group P; the onset time of rocuronium was 107.39 ±21.05 in group P, and 89.63± 18.47 in group E ; the difference between the two groups was significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Induction of general anesthesia with propofol, rocuronium and ephedrine is associated with better hemodynamic stability and earlier onset time of rocuronium.
