摘要
目的通过问卷对军队医院非现役文职人员(简称:文职人员)工作满意度进行调查研究。方法采用自行设计的调查表进行现场调查,收集定量资料;运用面对面访谈、选题小组分析等方法收集定性资料调查。结果文职人员对组织发展目标、员工职责、服务对象、管理层、沟通与协调满意度较好,而对工作环境、工作评估与报酬、个人发展、在职培训这五项的满意度较低。结论通过分析提出完善管理机制,创造良好政策基础;强化培养,提升全面素质;定期开展满意度调查,将文职人员满意度评估制度化、长期化的对策建议。
Objective To investigate job satisfaction of non - active civilian staff in some wards through questionnaires. Methods The on - site investigations were conducted with self- designed questionnaires and quantitative data were collected. Faceto-face interviews and group analysis of selected topics were performed to collect quality data for investigation Results The subjects were more satisfied with the goals of organizational development, employees, responsibilities, targets of service, management, communication and coordination than with the working condition, work evaluation, pay, personal development, on-the-job training. Conclusions The and suggestions were raised on improvement of the management mechanism, formulation of sound guidelines, strengthening of training, enhancement of qualities, regular surveys of satisfaction.
