摘要
2007年底,随着各直属高校全面进入了岗位设置实施阶段,高校岗位设置管理工作逐步走入正轨。结合高校岗位设置管理工作的实际情况,针对运行中面临的一些新问题进行了认真分析和深入思考,提出了进一步推进高校岗位设置管理工作的对策和思路。
The university post arrangement work entered into the right track gradually at the end of 2007, along with each subordinate university post arrangement set into the implementation phase. In this article, we combined with the actual situation of university post arrangement work, made careful analysis and deep thinking on the new problems of implement process, proposed some countermeasures and ideas to promote the university post arrangement work.
