摘要
"相应的人的形象常常是每一文化领域形式的基础",教育也不例外。它意味着教育不仅需要"理论",更需要"直观"。而教育目的则是人自觉地建立起来的理想的人之形象。然而,当前教育目的的笼统、片面,使得教师们无法建立起相应的、理想的受教育者表象,造成实践混乱不堪、各行其是。通过对人的三种基本形象的分析表明,教育目的应该弃抽象而求直观,整合统一人的社会性、个体性于个性生成之中,从而构建起丰满的、清晰的个性化形象。
Certain person images are the basis of cultural areas, and education is no exception. Education needs not only "abstractness" but "concreteness". So educational aim is to set up the ideal person images. But now educational aim is so general and incomplete that it is difficult for teachers to construct the corresponding and ideal person images, thus the disorder in practice.The analysis of the three person images shows the educational aim should embrace concreteness and abandon abstractness, and integrate the social and individual factors into the formation of personality, thus constructing the rich and clear personalized images.
