原发性高血压患者血清sCD40L水平与尿微量白蛋白的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM CD40L AND URINE MICROALBUMIN IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清sCD40L水平与尿微量白蛋白(MAU)的关系。方法将EH患者95例按尿微量白蛋白含量分为MAU组和尿正常白蛋白(NMAU)组,将二组患者血清sCD40L水平与MAU进行比较并与对照组对比分析。结果 EH二组血清sCD40L水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);EH二组血清sCD40L水平比较:MAU组高于NMAU组(P<0.01);EH二组尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE)比较:MAU组高于NMAU组(P<0.01);EH二组血清sCD40L水平与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关;MAU组血清sCD40L水平与UAE正相关。结论 CD40-CD40L系统参与EH的发病过程;EH患者早期肾损害与sCD40L密切相关。 Objective To study the relationship between serum CD40L and urine microalbumin(MAU) in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods 95 patients with EH were divided into MUA group and NMUA group by different level of urine microalbumin.The serum sCD40L level and MAU in different groups and contrasted each group with control were compared.Results Compared with control group,the serum level of sCD40L in the two group of EH were both higher than that of control(P0.05).The comparison between the two EH group: the serum level of sCD40L in group MAU was higher than that of goup NMAU(P0.01).The urinary albumin excretion rate(UAE) in group MAU was higher than that of goup NMAU(P0.01).The sCD40L was positively correlated with systolic pressure and systolic pressure in the two EH groups,which was positively correlated with urinary albumin excretion rate(UAE) in group MAU.Conclusion The CD40-CD40L system participates into the onset of EH;early stage kidney impairment of patients with EH is intimately correlated with sCD40L.
