摘要
为保障实验载荷的微重力水平不被破坏,需要对载荷进行位置测量以便在较长的时间里控制浮子运动行程免于碰撞定子内壁。本文在介绍二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)工作原理的基础上,提出了用三个二维PSD进行三维位置测量的方法并推导了解算三维位置的数学模型,文中还对国产W204型PSD的非线性误差进行了双一次插值处理,提高了PSD自身的测量精度,最后仿真分析了位置安装误差对三维位置解算精度的影响,对三维位置测量设计具有指导意义。
In order to prevent the space science experiments (named floater) from bumping into the vibration isolation platform (named stator),it's necessary to measure the 3D positions of floater accurately and then control the floater' displacement.The principle of PSD (Position Sensor Detector) is introduced in this paper.The mathematical model of linear displacement and angle displacement of the 3D position measurement implemented by using three 2D-PSDs is established.PSD' measurement errors and installation errors are discussed and analyzed for the mathematical model.It has a guiding significance for the 3D position measurement.
