摘要
处于生命周期不同阶段的农产品加工产业集群面临的主要衰退风险并不相同，集群可能会跳过成熟阶段，直接从上升阶段走向衰退或死亡，集群的成长阶段是集群兴衰中非常重要的阶段，可以采用趋势分析法和横向分析法来识别农产品加工业集群是否面临衰退风险，农产品加工产业集群发展阶段的衰退风险与其他阶段相比具有不同的表现形式和影响因素，为有效防止集群衰退，应该树立风险管理意识，培育龙头企业，拓宽融资渠道，激发创新活力等。
The growth phase of the cluster is a very important stage, many industrial clusters tend to skip the mature stage, directly moving to decline or death, the decline risk can be identified by using trend and comparative analysis. Based on the analysis of the risk character of the growth stage in the agricultural product processing industry clusters, the article discusses the peasant behavior, acts of leading enterprises, trade, and capital market supply, at last some suggestions are given, such as to optimize the interests of a coordination mechanism, to establish multiple investment channels, to stimulate innovation, and so on.
