摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,在5mg/mL磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,灰化温度800℃,原子化温度2000℃的条件下,铅标准溶液添加浓度为0.10~1.00mg/kg时,回收率为95.4%~101.2%,方法检出限为1.2ng/mL,说明该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。
For the better control of the hazard effect from the heavy metal lead in entry-exit plant extract,the determination method is discussed.Under the optimized analytical conditions:5 mg/mL NH4H2PO4 as matrix modifier,being ashed at 800 ℃,atomized at 2 000 ℃,and when 0.10~1.00 mg/kg lead were added,samples obtained good recoveries ranging from 95.4% to 101.2%.The detection limit was 1.2ng/mL.The optimized method offers simple,fast operation,good reproducibility,high sensitivity and accuracy.
