摘要
为降低H616细特腈纶纤维成纱沸水收缩率,分析了影响细特腈纶纱沸水收缩率的主要工艺因素,并进行了一系列工艺试验与优选,通过合理配置并条、粗纱、细纱牵伸隔距,稳定牵伸力,适当降低粗纱捻系数,优选细纱钳口隔距,络筒采取低速度、小张力,实施蒸纱等工艺技术措施,使纺出的H616细特腈纶纱沸水收缩率控制在2%以内,提高了纱的服用性能,使印染加工后布面自然平整,满足了使用需求。
To reduce boiling water shrinkage of H616 fine acrylic fiber yarn,main processing factors of effecting fine acrylic yarn boiling water shrinkage were analyzed, a series of processing test and optimization were carried out. Draft gauge of drawing & roving & spinning were set ratiotlally, draft force was stable, roving twist factor was reduced properly,spinning nip gauge was optimized, lower speed and less tension were adopted in winding process, yarn was steamed as well. Finally boiling water shrinkage of H616 fine acrylic fiber yarn could be controlled in 2% ,yarn wearing charaeteristics could be increased,dyed and printed fabric surface is natural leveling and use demands could be satisfied.
