摘要
探讨从电气角度提高FA326A型并条机自调匀整效果的措施。根据其配备的乌斯特匀整系统电气控制原理特点,通过调节系统的位移和FP传感器工作点状态,合理设置死区长度、线性因子和极限值等参数,能在一定程度上优化其匀整效果,使系统处于比较精确的工作状态,发挥出其应有的功效,达到改善棉条质量的目的。
Measures of improving FA326A drawing frame autolever effect from electric aspect were discussed. According to electric control principle of Uster autolever system,system displacement and FP sensor working state were adjusted, dead zone length,linear factor and limit value etc parameter was set rationally, autolever effect could be optimized in a degree,system could be in more accurate working state, cotton sliver quality could be improved.
