摘要
研究了4种助磨剂对水泥颗粒吸附萘系高效减水剂的影响,并结合国内外大量文献分析了其机理。结果表明:5个水泥样品在不同时段对萘系高效减水剂的吸附量大小为丙三醇>乙二醇>三乙醇胺>空白>无机物A,这与助磨剂对水泥与外加剂适应性影响的结果完全一致,吸附量大适应性差,吸附量小适应性好;而无机物A吸附量最小,对水泥与外加剂的适应性还有改善作用。打破了助磨剂对水泥与外加剂均存在不良影响的论断。
The effect of four grinding aids on adsorption quantity of naphthalene series superplasticizer on the surface of cement particles was studied,and the mechanism was analyzed combining with lots of literature.The results show that the adsorption quantity of naphthalene series superplasticizer under different period of time is glyceringlycoltriethanolaminewithout additiveinorganic matter A,which consistent with the influencing results of grinding aids on adaptability of cement and additive.The adsorption quantity is larger,the adaptability is worse,vice versa;and the adsorption quantity of inorganic matter A is the lest,it can improve the adaptability of cement and additive.This study denies the bad effect of grinding aids on adaptability of cement and additive.
