摘要
为探明马铃薯连作对根际土壤酶活性的影响,本试验比较了不同茬次马铃薯根际土壤4种酶活性的变化。结果表明,土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性随连作年限的增加呈下降趋势,而土壤中性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性在不同茬次间无显著差异。
Activities of four enzymes in rhizosphere soils planted by potatoes with different rotation strategies were studied in this paper.The results showed that continuous growing of potato would cause decrease of the activities of invertase and urease.However the activities of neutral phosphatease and catalase did not decrease.There were significant differences among different rotations.
