摘要
青春期女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤总体发病率较低,其中以卵巢肿瘤多见。目前由于对青春期女性恶性生殖器官肿瘤重视不够,缺乏规范化的诊疗原则,其预后并不理想。尤其是青春期女性生殖器官肿瘤涉及保留内分泌和生育功能的问题,其早期诊断及合理治疗凸显的更加重要。因此本文主要探讨青春期女性生殖器官肿瘤的诊治特点。
The incidence of tumor in genital organs of puberty female is low, and majors are ovarian tumor. Because deficiency of standard guidelines and less attention the prognosis of malignant tumor in genital organs of puberty female is unstatisfied. Treatment of tumor in genital organs of puberty female relates functions of endocrine and reproduction, so the diagnosis and treatment are especiallly important. This paper majorly discuss significences of diagnosis and treatment of tumor in genital organs of puberty female.
