摘要
利用ANSYS的面面接触单元,模拟了某项目事故发生时销钉与销钉孔之间的受力,采用逐步逼近和插值方法求解了销钉所受力的大小.该方法是通过分步计算销钉孔的两个塑性区变形量的大小,然后利用销钉受力平衡推算出了销钉上所受的力和弯矩大小.结果表明,该计算方法能够较为精确地计算出销钉所受剪切力和弯矩,并减小了接触计算时的收敛难度,对该类项目的事故分析具有指导意义.
Force relationship between pin bolt and pin hole was simulated in this paper.A new method of solving plastic contact problem was introduced.There were two steps in this method.Firstly,two force value was obtained by solving the corresponding two plastic deformation area.Secondly,the force and moment of the pin bolt were solved by calculating the equilibrium of this pin bolt.The result showed that this method could obtain a perfect convergence result of this problem and provided a new idea to solve similar problem.Also,the result was useful for improvement of the mechanism discussed in this paper.
