摘要
目的了解大肠埃希菌感染分布及耐药情况,为临床医师治疗大肠埃希菌感染提供参考。方法常规方法进行细菌培养,采用美国Dade MicroScan公司生产的AutoSCAN4半自动鉴定仪及配套的生化反应药敏板进行鉴定,药敏试验方法采用Mic法。结果对大肠埃希菌耐药率较低的药物有亚胺培南、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、替卡西林/克拉维酸、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,耐药率分别是1.32%、4.32%、12.28%、13.53%,其次是阿米卡星、头孢西丁、头孢他啶,耐药率分别是15.96%、16.62%、30.74%,其余抗菌药物耐药率都>40%。结论大肠埃希菌对多种抗菌药物具有高度耐药性,治疗上应根据药敏结果选用抗菌药物。
Objective To understand the drug resistance and infectious distribution of E.coli and guide drug treatment in clinic.Methods Routine method was used to isolate and identify,Pathogens were identified by AutoSCAN4(Dade Microscan,USA) and identified tests.The Mic susceptibility test was used as drug resistance test.Results Imipenem,Amox/K clav,Ticar/K clav,Pip/Tazo show less resistance rates,whose resistance rates were 1.32%,4.32%,12.28%,13.53%,followed by,amikacin,cefoxitin,ceftazidime,whose resistance rates were 15.96%、16.62%、30.74%,respectively.The other antibiotics resistance rates were higher than 40%.Conclusion E,coli isolated from our hospital show high resistance to several kind of antibiotics.The drugs should be choosed reasonably according to their antibiotic suscepitibity results.
