摘要
在45钢及1Cr18Ni9Ti钢表面激光熔覆WFCL-11涂层,研究了激光熔覆涂层与基体界面及表面显微组织和硬度特点,分析涂层在冲击载荷作用下,显微组织、结合性能、硬度变化等特点,得出基材与熔覆材料对结合面性能的影响。
The WFCL-11 laser cladding coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel. The microstmcture and hardness of their interface and surface were investigated, and under shock load, the change of microstructure, property and hardness were also analyzed. The effects of the material ingredients between base and laser cladding on their interface properties were obtained.
