固溶处理对MX246A合金持久性能的影响

摘要 研究了1210℃×4 h空冷固溶处理对不同凝固冷速下获得的铸态MX246A合金持久性能的影响。研究表明,固溶处理后的MX246A合金的持久性能强烈依赖于凝固冷速:以30℃/min和8℃/min冷却的合金持久寿命均略有降低,而分步控冷(高于1250℃时冷速为30℃/min,低于1250℃时冷速为8℃/min)的合金持久寿命则增加近一倍。分析认为,碳化物的分解及枝晶干γ′尺寸的变化是造成固溶处理前后持久性能差异的主要原因。 The effects of 1210 ℃ x 4 h, air coiling (AC) solution treatment on stress rupture property of MX246A alloy samples obtained at different cooling rates after casting process were studied. The results show that the stress rupture property of MX246A alloy after 1210 ℃ x 4 h, AC solution treatment strongly depends on solidification rate of MX246A: stress rupture life of MX246A by 30 ℃/min and 8℃/min cooling rate decreases somewhat, however stress rupture life of MX246A by two-steps cooling (30 ℃/min above 1250 ℃ and 8 ℃/min below 1250 ℃ ) is almost double of that of MX246A alloy as-cast. According to analysis, the decomposition of carbides and changes of particle size of core dendritic 7'are the main reasons for stress rupture life variance.
