摘要
为研究激光表面相变硬化对38CrMoAlA钢的表面耐磨性的影响,测定了该钢激光相变硬化层的显微硬度变化,并分析了该钢表面激光相变硬化层的微观组织。发现该硬化层由表及里可分四层,其中第二层显微硬度最高,第四层显微硬度最低。当采用激光束重叠扫描进行该钢的表面相变硬化时,重叠区域的回火软化效应可导致硬化效果有所降低,故光束重叠尺寸不可过高,本文选择1.2 mm。
In order to research the effect of laser surface phase transformation on the wear-resistance of 38CrMoAIA steel, the change of microhardness was measured. Meanwhile, the mierostructure on the surface treated by laser phase transformation was also studied. The results show that, ~om surface to inner, there are four layers. Among them, the second layer has the highest hardness and the hardness of the fourth layer is the minimum. When using the overlapped beam of laser to scan the steel's surface, the overlapped region will happen tempering softening. As a result, the hardening effect decreases to some degree. Consequently, the overlapped size can not be too large. In this paper, the size is determined to be 1.2mm.
