摘要
目的:研制一种具有骨诱导性和骨传导性的新型骨水门汀。方法:以机械强度为标准筛选骨水门汀配方,并进行机械强度的测试,即在骨水门汀中加入不同比例的甲壳质、玻璃纤维、硼酸铝晶须或脱矿骨,确定一力学性能较好的配方,制成新型骨水门汀。结果:硼酸铝晶须和玻璃纤维对各种骨水门汀的强度均有增强作用,脱矿骨能显著提高甲基丙烯酸正丁酯水门汀的机械强度。几种水门汀中,羟基磷灰石人工骨的晶须加强型和脱矿骨甲基丙烯酸正丁酯水门汀的机械强度较好。结论:脱矿骨甲基丙烯酸正丁酯水门汀具有较好的机械强度和较好的应用前景。
Aim: Study the mechanical properties of newly prepared bone cement. Methods:Recipes of bone cement were selected by mechanical strength standards, and the mechanical strength values of the preparations were measured. Different proportion of chitin, aluminum borate, and/or demineralized rabbit bone were added into different types of bone cement to strengthen the mechanical properties. Results: the mechanical properties of bone cement were improved by adding a certain proportion of chitin, aluminum borate and/or demineralized rabbit bone. Conclusions: demineralized bone acrylic resin cement may be a new type of bone cement with high mechanical properties.
