摘要
新中国建立六十多年来,法学教育从引进初创到挫折停滞,从恢复重建到持续改革和繁荣发展,形成了具有较大规模、结构相对合理、教育质量逐步提高的法学教育制度,法学教育的中国模式已经初步形成。同时也面临挑战,需要对中国法学教育的定位作重新思考,进一步调整和完善中国法学教育的教育模式、教育机构、教育层次、教育方式,不断提高教育质量。未来法学教育的中国模式将逐步成熟、完善。
Legal education develops from introduction and initiation to frustration and stagnation,from the rehabilitation and reconstruction to sustainable reform and prosperity. It has been legislated with a comparatively large scale,relatively reasonable structure and gradually improved quality in the sixty years of new China. Now a Chinese model of legal education has come to exist. But it is still challenged by further reflection on its position,further adjustment and improvement of its educational patterns,institutions,levels and forms,and constantly improved quality of its education.
