燃烧劣质油的节能型有机热载体锅炉关键问题

摘要 采取分析、比较和论证的方法,选取了燃烧劣质油燃烧器的型式,论证了提高该种锅炉热效率的途径及其结构型式.在结合该种锅炉结构特点的基础上,给出了该种锅炉热力计算方法.对盘管强度计算进行了推导,并与国家强度计算标准相结合,给出了该种锅炉强度计算方法;分析、比较了现有盘管内流体流动阻力计算方法对导热油流动阻力计算的适用性,并与国家标准计算方法相结合,给出了该种锅炉导热油流动阻力计算方法.结合该型锅炉烟、风流动特点,运用烟、风流动阻力计算原理,给出了该种锅炉烟风阻力计算方法.通过上述工作,为该种锅炉的设计和计算奠定了基础. By analysis, comparison, and demonstration, the authors made a choice on the type of burner that burns low- grade oil, for the purpose of finding a way to improve thermal efficiency of this type of boiler, and demonstrated the general structural form of a such boiler. In terms of the structural characteristics of the boiler and the study on heat transfer of heat -conducting oil inside the coils, the authors gave thermodynamic calculation method, coil strength calculation method as well as the boiler strength calculation method for this type of boiler in the light of relevant national standards for strength calculation. The authors also chose and analyzed the flow resistance calculation method for the medium flowing inside the coils, and gave the flow resistance calculation method for the heat-conducting oil in the light of relevant national resistance calculation standards for this type of boiler. Based on the smoke and wind resistance calculation principles, the smoke and wind resistance calculation method of this type of boiler was giverL The boiler was actually calculated using the above-mentioned methods.
