摘要
用B_2O_3作为含氟渣中CaF_2的替代熔剂,在保证两结晶器保护渣具有相近粘度和熔化温度的基础上,研究了成分为(%):31.1~35.5CaO、33.9~38.5SiO_2、12Al_2O_3、3MgO、5Na_2O、6~15CaF_2的含氟结晶器保护渣和(%):33.5~35.5CaO、36.5~39.5SiO_2、4Al_2O_3、5MgO、8~15Na_2O、2Li_2O、2~6B_2O_3的无氟结晶器保护渣的结晶温度、结晶能力以及对结晶器控制传热的影响。结果表明,8Na_2O-6B_2O_3无氟渣与5Na_2O-15CaF_2的含氟渣有相近的粘度和熔化温度,并对结晶器控制传热有相似的作用。
Based on insuring both mould slag with similar viscosity and melting temperature by using B2O3 as a substitute solvent to replace CaF2 in fluorine-containing mould flux, the temperature and capacity of crystallization of fluorine-containing mould flux (%) : 31.1 - 35.5CaO, 33.9 - 38.5SiO2 , 12Al2O3, 3MgO, 5Na20, 6- 15CaF2 and free-fluoride mould flux (%) : 33.5 -35. 5CaO, 36. 5 -39. 5SIO2, 4A1203, 5MgO, 8 - 15Na20, 2Li2O, 2 -6B2O3, and influence on controlling heat transfer of mould have been studied. Results show that the viscosity and melting temperature of 8Na20- 6B2O3 free-fluoride flux are similar to that of 5Na20-15CaF2 fluorine-containing flux and the functions of controlling heat transfer of mould are similar.
