摘要 根据辅助决策功能的设计需要,建立油料保障组织指挥决策模型体系的总体框架,并力求使模型体系框架符合我军油料保障组织指挥的基本特点和任务需要。由于影响油料消耗的因素很多,使得油料消耗具有很大的随机性,同时油料消耗与影响因素之间的非线性也大大增加了油料消耗预测的难度,降低了预测的精度。通过神经网络模型优化,达到更准确预计油料消耗量的目的。 In accordance with the requirement of the design of assistant decision-making capacity, the paper establishes the framework of POL support command and decision-making system and makes the necessary modifications so that it suits the basic features and task demands of POL support organization and decision-making in the Chinese army. The rather large number of influence factors of POL consumption which, consequently, displays great randomness in forecasting, and the nonlinear correlation between POL consumption and its influence factors, make the forecasting of POL consumption difficult and hard to be accurate. Then the paper demonstrates the superiority of neural network-based model optimization in the accurate forecasting of POL consumption.
