摘要
目的:探讨健康教育路径干预对糖尿病患者自我管理的影响。方法:将68例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组按照传统方法进行健康教育,同时发放疾病相关知识的健康教育资料;观察组采用健康教育路径实施健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育前后糖尿病知识水平、自我管理水平的情况。结果:健康教育后观察组糖尿病患者的知识水平和自我管理水平提高显著高于对照组。结论:健康教育路径干预有利于调动糖尿病患者主观依从性,提高健康教育效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education path intervention on diabetes self-management.Methods: To select 68 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups-control group and observation group with each group consisting of 34 patients.The control group according to the traditional methods of health education,knowledge of the simultaneous release of disease-related health education information;The observation group were treated with the implementation of health education path.Patient education were compared before and after the diabetes knowledge,self-management situation.Results:Observed after group education,diabetes self-management knowledge and raise the level significantly higher than that.Conclusion:The health education path intervention in the path is conducive to the mobilization of patients with diabetes subjective compliance,and it could improve health education effect.
