摘要 [目的]探讨新生儿复苏培训对窒息新生儿脏器功能的影响。[方法]以《2007年北京修订的新生儿窒息复苏指南》为教材,对围产人员进行培训。将围产人员接受培训前出生的窒息新生儿80例作为A组,接受培训后出生的窒息新生儿80例作为B组,对AB两组新生儿24h内心肌酶进行回顾性分析。[结果]B组轻度窒息新生儿天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBD)均明显低于A组(P<0.01)。B组重度窒息新生儿LDH、AST、CK、HBD、磷酸肌酸同工酶(CK-MB)明显低于A组(P<0.01)。[结论]围产人员接受以《2007年北京修订的新生儿窒息复苏指南》教材培训可减轻窒息新生儿脏器功能的损伤。 Objective:To probe into the influence of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training on organ functions of newborn.Methods:Perinatal staffs were trained by taking 2007 revised in Beijing as guidelines for neonatal asphyxia resuscitation.Totally 80 newborns with asphyxia in group A,perinatal staffs had not received training.Another 80 cases with asphyxia in group B,perinatal staffs had received the training.Myocardium enzeme of all group A and B newborns within 24h after birth was analyzed retrospectively.Results:Aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine kinase (CK),and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBD) of group B newborns with mild asphyxia were significantly lower than that of newborns in group A (P〈0.01).LDH,AST,CK,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBD),creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) of group B newborns with moderate to severe neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower than that of group A newborns (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Perinatal staffs accepted 2007revised in Beijing as guidelines for neonatal resuscitation training can reduce organs damages of newborns with neonatal asphyxia.
