摘要
以硫酸烧渣为原料通过煅烧、酸浸、催化、氧化、水解、聚合得到聚合硫酸铁(PFS),并将自己制备的PFS加入到Na2HPO4溶液中,通过调节pH值,在适当的温度下,反应一段时间而得到聚合磷硫酸铁(PPFS)。采用制备的PPFS来处理城市生活污水,通过研究PPFS的用量对城市生活污水的浊度去除率和CODCr的处理效果的研究,确定了投加量。通过研究pH对处理效果的研究,确定了最佳pH值。处理效果显著。
With the sulfuric acid residue as a raw material which,through the calcinations,acid leaching,catalysis,oxidation and hydrolysis will get the polymerization ferric sulfate(PFS).When the own PFC is added to the Na2HPO4 solution and the pH value is adjusted;at the appropriate temperature,the reaction will gain Polymeric phosphato-ferric(PPFS).PPFS is prepared to deal with urban sewage,we should prepare to deal with urban sewage,determine the dosage so that we will ensure the optimum pH value by researching PPFS amount of urban sewage and CODCrremoval of the turbidity of the treatment effect of the study to determine the dosage turbidity in municipal sewage treatment effect removal and CODCr studied.Finally,the effect of treatment is quite significant.
