摘要 血氧水平依赖磁共振成像(BOLDMRI)可以通过测定组织去氧血红蛋白含量获得组织的氧含量,进而反映器官的血流动力学及病理生理学的变化,为临床治疗和科研提供了一种新方法。目前肾脏BOLDMRI的临床研究不断增多,主要包括高血压、急性肾缺血、急性输尿管梗阻、糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全以及肾移植病人肾脏氧合水平变化的研究。就肾脏BOLDMRI的基本原理与研究进展进行综述。
