摘要
为探索浙江省赛艇运动员赛前训练期间身体机能变化的规律,以浙江赛艇队参加2009年第十一届全运会预选赛34名运动员为研究对象,通过赛前连续4周早晨安静时血红蛋白、血尿素2项指标测定及2次三级乳酸测试,达到赛前对运动员的身体机能和训练强度进行有效监控和调整的效果。结果表明:运动员的血尿素和血乳酸均有显著性变化,而血红蛋白未见显著性变化。所以,在赛艇训练中,应根据各项生化指标监控结果对运动员身体机能和训练强度进行调控,从而达到提高比赛成绩的目的。
In order to explore rowers whose laws of bodily functions in Zhejiang province during the pre-season,the index of 34 rowers hemoglobin,blood urea nit rogene and tri grade load test,who were to participate in the Eleventh National Games qualifiers from Zhejiang Team,it is to monitor and adjust of athletes raining intensity physical functioning before games.The result shows that athletes blood urea and blood lactate changes were significant,while no significant change in hemoglobin test.In rowing training,biochemical indicators of physical function and monitoring of training intensity and competition improve the performance of a certain guiding significance.
